The Dalek Time Controller

Inspired by the Doctor Who audio series, the Dalek Time Controller is a special Dalek linked to the web of time, his purpose being to affect outcomes in the Daleks favour. The character is perceived by the Doctor as being more intelligent and devious than the usual Dalek drone, which makes him the most deadliest foe the TimeLord has encountered.
