Moonracer

A citizen of Velocitron (a society consumed by the need for speed), Moonracer glides into view.
Concerned by the direction of her home world (literally), Moonracer was appointed ambassador equally along with Knock Out to negotiate with Starscream to join the council of worlds.
Well, things didn't work out in the long run...
